The Concept
A School is an ecosystem of educators, parents & students. This ecosystem is ideal for the evolution of mankind and has the potential for generational partnership wherein we re-imagine and apply the Gurukul System of the yesteryears in today’s context.
Chiranjeev Gurukul is the vehicle which will transport these rich ideas from conception to conclusion.
The eternal wisdom of India will blossom in this rich Gurukul system in a unique modern way. No parallels or benchmarks exist for this kind of system. The world is craving for the wealth of the Eastern wisdom.
At the heart of education is the education of the heart. This heart is the timeless practice of Yog, which will create complete Inner abundance and will equip these young world citizens to live holistically. They will be taught to align their mind, body, heart with the Universe, as it was meant to be.
They will also be taught Kautilya Arthashaastra, the Science of Prosperity. With this, they will learn how to translate the inner world into outer. Yog will create Inner abundance to external Prosperity – in the world around them. Arthashaastra will equip them to enrich humanity and secure the good of the planet. Yog and Arthashaastra will make them complete in every way, a first in the world!

Eternal Indian Wisdom for 150+ students of Educational Institutes at Kudaal, Sindhudurg
We know that the Journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. It also matters where that step has been taken. In a country where there are 6,40,930 + villages, the rural and semi urban areas are where the first step to strengthen the educational fabric of Bhaarat must be taken. What better way than to start with the schools and colleges of the “happy-go-lucky” yet brilliant Konkan strip of Maharashtra.
So Chiranjeev Gurukul (Shaala Project) decided to take its initiative of speaking about the eternal traditions of Bhaarat through its rich tapestry of stories at the Nath Pai Education Trust of Sindhudurg (ably supported by the Pai family and represented by Ms. Aditi Pai). Barrister Nath Pai himself, an erstwhile Public Leader, is a role model of Leadership for the youth.
On the morning of 4th August 2023, over 150 students from higher secondary CBSE school, as also the college streams of B.Ed, Nursing, Physiotherapy and their teaching staff happily participated in and enjoyed the stories of the heroes of Bhaarat including Raja Bhoj, Gandhiji and Tenali Ramkrishna (and hungry for more). The Samvad led to a rich exchange of thoughts between the Speakers and students, as well as some key ideas of learning, such as Shravan, Manan and Nididhyaasan. This is just the start of a Journey which will make the schools of Sindhudurg richer through eternal Indian wisdom. Grateful thanks to Shri. Umesh Galvankar, the founder of these institutions and his staff; their mentor Ms Aditi Pai, the CG Team as well as Upasana Tendulkar, Consultant CCI. Stay tuned in, for more updates!

Building the Future of Bhaarat: "Seva", not merely service, say the students of MSSUOver 100 students of Maharashtra State Skills University, of B Tech Stream, like their seniors in 2023, are undergoing an Induction Program which starts with the power-packed Module Atithi Devo Bhavah (even an uninvited guest is to be treated like a divine being). Through Bhaarat’s own learning methodologies (titled 7S), over 2 days, these future professionals, are introduced to a host of scientific Bhaartiya concepts such as Samashti (ecosystem), Dharm (purpose/ responsibilities/ righteous conduct, etc), Seva (customer devotion), Dincharya (energy optimised daily work plan) and more.
The minds and hearts of these students are opened to a universe of possibilities using these principles. Swaadhyaay as a habit (study of self) is inculcated very early in them, Samvaad around stories of Jaatak Katha and Itihaas illumine their budding intellect and Samkrida (immersive games) stir up their creative energies. The experience with their phenomenal young sparks gives the Facilitators of Chiranjeev Gurukul and their MSSU teachers the confidence, that these indeed are the Dhaarmic future Leaders, nay creators of a virtuous Bhaarat and World!!!
