Healyam, a wellness initiative under Chiranjeev Gurukul, takes the basic thought behind Chiranjeev Gurukul to a higher plane of being. It specialises in the domain of well-being and offers a one of its kind combination of services to our clients who are corporates, schools, hospitals and coworking spaces. Led by the renowned HR veteran Ms. Ameeta Menon, Healyam focuses on creating balance in all the spheres of life – Mind, Body and Spirit.
In recent times, the importance of employee well-being at an organisational level has gained global prominence. The real challenge for organisations and employers is the difficulty in succesfully running and managing a long term wellness program that can give sustained results.
This challenge resulted in a need-gap that demanded a robust solution, based on our long standing research led experience and its successful implementation within the Malaka Spice group of restaurants.
We, at Healyam, have successfully developed a program which incorporates daily well-being practices, monthly workshops as well as a dedicated fitness and weight management program for employees across all levels within an organization.
One of the main considerations while developing this program was to seamlessly integrate it with the employee’s work schedule in such a manner that it has minimal impact on their productive time.
HEALYAM is a wellness community space which offers an exclusive blend of services keeping in mind our client’s (Individual/Corporate) undisturbed wellbeing.
At the core, Healyam imparts practices and techniques that build resilience and grit which will help employees cope with corporate, social, as well as family pressure.
The Idea / Concept
Healyam works on the basic concept of creating and bringing balance among all spheres of our lives – physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.
What differentiates it from others is the creation of customised well-being programs at an organizational level and personalising them according to the individuals’ needs.
